◇ Dima Studitsky has been behind the turntables for nearly three decades, and his sets feature intelligent and beautiful eclecticism spanning from ambient, downtempo, and dub to the most cutting-edge manifestations of house, techno, and broken rhythms.
◇ As a producer, he is highly regarded and known far beyond Moscow and Russia, thanks to releases on Compost Records, Sonar Kollektiv, Peppermint Jam, and King Street.
◇ Studitsky's discography includes remixes for Jazzanova, DJ Cam, and Radio Citizen, as well as two albums for the folk-jazz project First Sun, which he produced.
◇ Studitsky has participated in major European festivals such as Southern Soul and Sunsplash, and in Moscow, his sets can be heard as the opening act for Ame and Giles Peterson, Kuniyuki Takahashi and Karizma, DJ Krush, and Peter Kruder.
